To further strengthen cooperative exchanges between the university and key middle schools in Heilongjiang Province and attract high-quality students, under the guidance and support of the University Admissions Office, a publicity team consisting of Dong Chaoqun, Deputy Party Secretary of the College of Marine Science and Engineering, and counselors Lei Mengyu, Peng Yujie and Zhu Diyue, carried out the 2026 college admission consultation from June 2 to June 29, 2026. The team visited Harbin, Daqing, Qiqihar, Jiamusi and Shuangyashan in Heilongjiang Province to provide accurate and comprehensive application guidance for examinees and parents.
From June 25 to June 28, Dong Chaoqun delivered admission presentations at Jiamusi No.1 High School and Shuangyashan No.1 High School. The on-site atmosphere was vibrant. He patiently answered questions from examinees and parents concerning the university’s characteristics, major settings and admission policies, providing professional guidance for students to fill in college application forms scientifically.
From June 26 to June 29, Lei Mengyu conducted admission publicity at Harbin No.6 Middle School, Daqing No.1 High School and Qiqihar Middle School. Communicating face-to-face with students and parents, he elaborated on Shanghai Maritime University’s comprehensive strength, disciplinary advantages, talent training characteristics, the latest admission policies and the broad employment prospects for graduates.
From June 23 to June 29, Peng Yujie and Zhu Diyue carried out admission consultation activities at Harbin Normal University Affiliated High School, Heilongjiang Provincial Experimental High School, Harbin No.3 Middle School, Harbin No.9 Middle School, Qiqihar Experimental High School and Binxian No.1 High School. They introduced in detail the university’s school-running characteristics, disciplinary strengths and graduate employment prospects, helping students fully understand the admission policies. With active on-site interaction and a warm consulting atmosphere, students and parents showed great interest in the university’s shipping-related majors and highly recognized the high-quality employment of graduates.
College admission work is a vital part of university talent training and a fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of the university.
