To further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Shanghai Maritime University and key senior high schools in Liaoning Province, solidify undergraduate admission publicity, and attract more high-quality applicants, under the guidance and support of the University Admissions Office, a publicity team composed of full-time teachers Zhang Li, Huang Shiyu and Liang Zhifu from the College of Marine Science and Engineering carried out undergraduate admission activities in Dalian, Benxi, Liaoyang and Dandong of Liaoning Province from June 23 to 26, 2026.
On the morning of June 24, the team conducted admission consultations at Benxi Senior High School and Zhuanghe Senior High School. With a warm on-site atmosphere, the teachers patiently answered questions from candidates and parents about the university’s features, major settings and admission policies, providing professional guidance for college application.
On June 25, the team continued its intensive publicity schedule and visited Dandong No.2 Senior High School, the High School Affiliated to Liaoning Normal University, Donggang No.2 Senior High School and Liaoyang No.1 Senior High School. At each school, the team communicated face-to-face with students and parents, elaborating on the university’s overall strength, disciplinary advantages, talent training characteristics, latest admission policies and broad employment prospects for graduates. Publicity materials were distributed on site. Combining the characteristics of Liaoning’s college entrance examination policies, the team delivered targeted and accurate application consulting services.
Covering a number of high-quality key senior high schools in Liaoning Province, this admission campaign effectively built a communication bridge for the university. By fully displaying the university’s disciplinary features, educational environment, professional advantages and campus culture in an all-round way, the team further spread the university’s educational achievements and brand influence, laying a solid foundation for the university’s 2026 undergraduate admission work in Liaoning Province.
