To further optimize departure education for graduating Party members, give full play to their vanguard and exemplary role, and help junior students clarify their employment orientation and strengthen career planning awareness, the Marine Materials Graduate Party Branch recently organized a themed Party day activity on departure education for graduating Party members. Participating Party members shared their experiences in internship and practice, job-hunting insights, and analyses of the current employment situation.
As an important measure of the branch’s education campaign on fostering and practicing a correct view of political performance, this activity strengthens the education and management of graduating Party members and deepens peer assistance and growth guidance. It aims to guide graduating Party members to fulfill their vanguard responsibilities through passing on experience, serving fellow students, and setting exemplary examples.
At the beginning of the activity, Sun Kai, Secretary of the Party branch, clarified the goals and requirements of the event. He stressed that graduating Party members should remain loyal to the Party after graduation and keep their original aspiration as Communists unchanged. They should integrate the correct view of political performance into practical actions of serving students, conveying positive energy, and taking on responsibilities.
During the activity, representatives of graduating Party members shared their internship and job-hunting experiences, covering job selection, interview preparation, internship conversion, and access to employment information. They encouraged younger students to continuously improve their professional competence and comprehensive quality.
At the end of the session, all participants extended sincere blessings to the departing graduating Party members, conveying the warmth and care of the Party branch through heartfelt communication.
In the future, the Marine Materials Graduate Party Branch will continue to build a platform for peer communication and mutual growth. It will guide young Party members to exert their vanguard and exemplary effects in academic research, career development and public service, integrate personal growth into national needs and social development, and write outstanding youth answers with firmer ideals, convictions and pragmatic actions.
