To further consolidate the achievements of academic assistance, help students systematically sort out knowledge systems and improve final review efficiency, the "Marine Helpers – Basic Course Tutorials for Grade 2025" continued to run in Conference Rooms 408 and 410 of the Marine Science Building. From June 1 to June 11, a total of seven special tutoring sessions were organized in this phase, covering core basic courses including Advanced Mathematics, Linear Algebra and College Physics.
Hu Yongbin, a League member majoring in naval architecture and ocean engineering, and Shao Yaxuan, a League member majoring in port and waterway engineering, delivered special tutoring sessions on “Double Integrals” and “Triple Integrals” in Advanced Mathematics respectively, helping students break through key and difficult points in integral calculation. Wang Xurui gave a lecture on “Fundamentals of Thermodynamics”, explaining core concepts combined with engineering examples. Shen Yixiang focused on the calculation of two types of line integrals and sorted out problem-solving ideas for key final exam questions.
Zheng Junhao illustrated typical models and analysis methods in “Fundamentals of Vibration”. Qian Jiahui and Xia Yufei jointly gave guidance on “Linear Correlation of Vector Groups”, assisting students in mastering the core examination points of Linear Algebra. Zhang Jiepei concluded the sessions with an explanation of Green’s Formula and the path independence of integrals, focusing on the key and difficult knowledge points frequently tested in the final exam.
Combining their personal learning experience, all student instructors adopted the teaching mode of “lecturing with practice + on-site Q&A” to help students eliminate knowledge blind spots. Under the overall arrangement of the college and with the active participation of students, the tutoring sessions in this issue provided centralized learning and Q&A support for more than 20 hours.
The college will continue to encourage students to deepen their academic understanding through communication and achieve common progress through mutual cooperation.
