To effectively relieve the pressure of final review and enhance students' psychological adjustment ability, on the evening of December 21, 2025, the evening roll call for the 2024 undergraduate students of the College of Marine Science and Engineering was successfully held, hosted by Teacher Zhu Diyao.

Teacher Zhu first analyzed the common anxiety manifestations among students at the end of the term and ingeniously borrowed the typical traits of the four characters in "Zootopia" to propose a "Four-dimensional psychological construction method" with practical guiding significance: Judy's "positive mindset", emphasizing the resolution of anxiety through actions; Nick's "wise mindset" points out that review is not only an investment of time but also an optimization of strategies. The lightning-fast "focused mindset" advocates cultivating deep attention in a fragmented information environment. Gary's "resilient mindset" encourages maintaining stability and endurance under pressure. She emphasized that the final review is not only a consolidation of knowledge, but also a comprehensive exercise of mindset, strategy and concentration, encouraging students to achieve self-growth in the process of dealing with academic challenges.

The event specially set up an innovative interactive session called "Easy Exam Preparation", inviting two students from Class 243 of Port and Shipping, Yan Wenchuang and Wang Jianhan, to present an original crosstalk performance. With the core theme of final exam review, they ingeniously integrated common pitfalls in the exam preparation process such as "blind practice", "procrastination", and "panic before the exam", as well as interesting exam preparation scenarios between teachers and students and among students into their lines. The two, with their lively and vivid performances and humorous language, incorporated efficient learning methods and a positive attitude towards exam preparation into laughter. The performance not only effectively alleviated the students' pre-exam anxiety, but also strengthened their practical understanding of review strategies through an entertaining and educational approach. The on-site interaction was lively, demonstrating the positive and innovative spirit of the college students.

This evening roll call took the cultural IP that students love as the entry point, integrating psychological education into the narrative of popular culture, achieving the effect of combining education with entertainment and touching people's minds. It not only focused on the adjustment of students' internal states but also strengthened external behavioral norms, reflecting the college's educational philosophy of emphasizing the coordinated development of "psychology and behavior" in the process of nurturing students. It has laid a solid foundation for students to calmly deal with the final exams and grow up healthily and comprehensively.
