This event specially invited Li Lei, the deputy secretary of the Party branch, member of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairperson of the Trade union of the Xiaoyangshan North Project Headquarters of China Communications Shanghai Waterway Bureau Co., LTD., to give a lecture. In the section "Career Navigation, a Growth Guide for Newcomers to the Construction Site", from the perspective of an industry leader, it shares workplace adaptation skills and paths for enhancing capabilities, providing practical and feasible action plans for students about to enter the workplace. The section "Welfare Security, Security for Worry-free Struggle" systematically interprets the all-round career security system and multi-dimensional growth platforms of central enterprises, eliminating students' concerns about their career development.
