Recently, as freshmen gradually integrate into the collective life of the university, the college has been paying close attention to the adaptation and challenges that students face in their dormitory interactions. To guide students to correctly deal with interpersonal differences, learn to be inclusive and communicate, and create a harmonious, friendly and mutually growing dormitory atmosphere, the students of the 25th grade of Haike independently wrote and performed the skit "Fated Encounter: The Collision and Integration of Diverse Youth", focusing on the typical conflicts and solutions in the dormitory relationships of contemporary college students.

The activity, through vivid and realistic plot presentation, depicted the collision and adaptation of students from different family backgrounds, living habits and values in the small dormitory space. The play not only presents contradictions but also focuses on exploring how to replace opposition with understanding and eliminate misunderstandings through communication, providing students with thoughts and inspirations on interpersonal communication.

This skit is not only an innovative practice of student mental health education and cultural construction, but also an important part of the college's continuous promotion of "all-round education" and attention to the micro-environment of students' growth. The college has always adhered to the principle of putting students' development at the center, attaching great importance to cultivating students' emotional intelligence and empathy, and guiding everyone to learn to respect, tolerate and cooperate in collective life. In the future, the college will continue to expand the forms of mental health education and life guidance, consolidate the educational front, and help every student mature their minds and grow together in getting along with others.
