Dreaming of youth with aspirations far and wide, planning to set sail and lead the future. To effectively enhance students' career planning capabilities and employment competitiveness, and guide them to establish correct views on talent development and career selection, on November 18th, the College of Marine Science and Engineering held the third National College Students' Career Planning Competition's internal selection. All the counselors serve as judges.
The contestants, with full enthusiasm and clear thinking, combined with PPT presentations, comprehensively presented their personal career planning schemes from aspects such as self-awareness, analysis of the career environment, goal setting, path design, action plans and assessment adjustments. The contestants on the growth track focus on academic improvement and practical expansion, mapping out a step-by-step growth path. The contestants in the employment track, based on industry research and their own advantages, accurately positioned their target positions and formulated practical and feasible job-hunting and development strategies, fully demonstrating the forward-looking thinking and active preparation of Haike students for career development.
The successful conclusion of this selection competition is an important measure taken by the College of Marine Science and Engineering to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and deepen employment guidance work. The competition has effectively stimulated students' awareness of career planning and enhanced their abilities in career exploration and practice.
