To further strengthen confidentiality management and effectively enhance the confidentiality awareness and prevention capabilities of all faculty and staff, on the afternoon of November 12th, Feng Daolun, the Party Committee Deputy Secretary and President of the college, presided over a special confidentiality education and training session. This training closely combines the severe situation and potential risks currently faced by confidentiality work. Through in-depth analysis of typical cases, it systematically sorts out the common and frequent leakage risks in work, sounding the alarm for personnel with access to confidential information.

During the training, President Feng Daolun closely combined the complex and severe situation currently faced by confidentiality work, based on the actual work of the college, systematically sorted out the risk points of information leakage that are easily overlooked in daily office work, academic research, external exchanges and other links. Through in-depth analysis of a series of typical warning cases, he vividly revealed the serious harm of behaviors such as the random storage of classified documents, the illegal use of Internet devices, the mistransmission of sensitive information in instant messaging tools, the lack of vigilance when dealing with unknown emails, and the improper handling of discarded classified carriers. He emphasized that these seemingly "ordinary" or "convenient" operations have actually crossed the red line of confidentiality and may cause irreparable losses to national security and the interests of the school.

President Feng Daolun particularly put forward clear requirements to all personnel involved in confidential affairs: First, they must fully recognize the extreme importance of confidentiality work from the perspective of safeguarding national security, always keep a clear mind, and resolutely overcome complacency and a sense of luck. Second, it is essential to internalize and externalize the confidentiality regulations and rules, strictly regulate the management and use of classified carriers, classified places and information equipment, and ensure that all confidentiality measures are effectively implemented. Third, we must strictly adhere to the bottom line of discipline. We should remain highly vigilant in daily communication, network operations, academic exchanges and social activities, treat every piece of information and every operation with caution, and consciously plug all loopholes for information leakage.
