To effectively strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations, on the afternoon of November 5th, the College of Marine Science and Engineering organized the 2025 "Pioneer Party School" and practical training for grassroots Party affairs workers in the 3C103 smart classroom. Dong Chaoqun, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the college, Zhang Panlong, the full-time Party organization officer, as well as the secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party branches and other members of the Party branch committee attended the training.
At the training session, Deputy Secretary Dong Chaoqun, based on the actual work, put forward three requirements to all the grassroots Party affairs workers of the college: First, they should enhance their political stance, keep in mind the "big picture of the country", and ensure the correct direction of Party building work; Second, we should deepen theoretical armament, master professional knowledge and enhance professional capabilities. Third, we must strengthen our sense of responsibility, strictly abide by the bottom line of discipline, and fulfill our duties. Zhang Panlong systematically explained the work process and common problems of developing Party members, how to carry out the "three meetings and one lesson", organizational life and theme party days, as well as the precautions for standardizing the record-keeping of the Party branch work manual and the archiving of Party member materials, in combination with the work system of the grassroots Party branch and the "one person, one form" for developing Party members. He also answered the questions raised on the spot.
At the meeting, Xing Mengyao, the deputy secretary of the postgraduate Party branch of Ship and Marine Structure Design and Manufacturing, shared and exchanged views on the Party branch's organizational life and theme party days.
