To promote the combination of theoretical study and practical cognition for probationary Party members, guide the trainees to anchor the development orientation of Lingang and fulfill the mission and responsibility of the youth, on the afternoon of October 22nd, the college organized all probationary Party members for 2025 to visit and study at the Planning Exhibition Center of the International Innovation Synergy Zone in the Lingang New Area.
Entering the exhibition center, the trainees, guided by the tour guides, systematically learned about the spatial layout planning of the Lingang New Area and the progress of key industrial cluster construction under the theme of "Innovation-driven and Coordinated Development". From the intelligent driving test platform in the field of artificial intelligence, the development of new energy, to the field of life sciences, by inspecting the exhibition area models, studying the graphic and textual materials, and watching short films, we have gained a deep understanding of the breakthrough directions of Lingang in the international collaborative innovation of cutting-edge industries, and clearly recognized the development logic of the Lingang New Area. Have a more intuitive understanding of the important core position of Lingang Science and Technology City in service innovation, institutional innovation and cultural innovation in the Lingang area.
This visit enabled me to truly see the development vitality of Lingang and also made me more aware that young Party members should keep in step with the regional development. During the self-guided tour, many students expressed their concern about the future development of the Lingang area and actively learned about the future planning of the Lingang Science and Technology City. This practical learning not only broadened the scientific and technological horizons of the trainees, but also inspired the historical mission and sense of responsibility of The Times among the Party members. They all expressed that they would continue to practice their original aspiration of joining the Party with concrete actions, integrate the pioneering spirit of Lingang in scientific and technological innovation into professional learning and practical application, and actively devote themselves to the construction of a maritime power and a shipping power. Display the youthful vigor in the Shanghai International Shipping Center and the Lingang New Area.
