Vice President Yin Ming listened to the report carefully and had in-depth exchanges with the participants. In his concluding remarks, he emphasized that as the core force of the university's marine discipline construction, the college should focus on the following key directions: First, take advantage of the opportunity of the current comprehensive reform with "one policy for one university", adhere to the combination of "problem-oriented" and "goal-driven", actively solve practical bottlenecks, and promote reform with innovative thinking; second, intensify efforts in attracting and cultivating high-level talents. On the basis of continuously introducing outstanding young teachers, focus on cultivating national leading talents and high-end talents in the industry.
