In order to carry out in-depth party history learning and education, inherit the red gene, and absorb the strength of endeavor, on June 12, the Party Branch of the Graduate School of Marine Science and Engineering of Ship and Marine Structure Design and Manufacturing organized party members to visit and study the exhibition hall of Mao Zedong's former residence in Shanghai. This activity allowed the party members to experience the demeanor of the great man up close, review the revolutionary process, and receive a profound party spirit education and spiritual baptism.
Shanghai Mao Zedong's Former Residence Exhibition Hall is located in Lane 120, Maoming North Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, and is the place where Mao Zedong lived in Shanghai for the longest time. In 1924, Mao Zedong lived here with his wife Yang Kaihui and their children, during which they actively carried out revolutionary activities and worked hard for the party's cause.
On the day of the event, the party members walked into the exhibition hall with reverence and visited each exhibition hall in turn. The rich historical relics, precious materials and vivid scene restoration in the museum show Comrade Mao Zedong's revolutionary footprints and life in Shanghai in an all-round way. Everyone stopped and stared and was deeply moved by the great man's firm revolutionary conviction, outstanding leadership and selfless dedication.
After the visit, the party members said that they were deeply touched. This visit not only deepened the understanding of the party's history, but also stimulated its own sense of responsibility and mission. In the future study work, we will take the revolutionary ancestors as an example, strengthen our ideals and beliefs, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, and contribute our own strength to promoting the development of the cause of the party and the people. The Party Branch of Graduate Students in the Design and Manufacturing of Ships and Marine Structures will also take this event as an opportunity to continue to promote the study and education of Party history and continuously improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization.
