On the afternoon of June 11, the 2025 graduates of the School of Marine Science and Engineering successfully held the creative production activity of Freeze Frame Youth in the activity room of Building 60. As one of the series of activities in the graduation season of the college, this event created a warm platform for graduates to cherish campus memories in the form of novel creative handicrafts.
The event site was filled with the atmosphere of youth. Under the guidance of professionals, the graduates condensed the four-year campus friendship on the square inch heat shrinkable sheet: some students outlined the outline of the lighthouse with delicate brushstrokes, some transformed the photos of the bachelor's uniforms into Q version of the comics, and some students innovatively combined the school motto Faithfulness and Respect with the elements of the waves. After careful drawing, rapid shaping and other processes, a unique commemorative pendant was born in the hands of the students.
Each well-made heat shrink sheet embodies the deep emotions and youthful memories of the students for their alma mater. These creative works not only freeze the morning reading time in the library, the exploration moment in the laboratory, and the struggle moment in the sports field, but also carry the teachings of teachers, classmates and youthful dreams.
