In order to ensure the health and safety of student dormitories during the May Day holiday and create a clean and safe learning and living environment, on April 27 and 28, the School of Marine Science and Engineering organized counselors of all grades to carry out health and safety inspections before the May Day holiday.
This inspection was carried out in the form of a combination of self-inspection and mutual inspection of each grade. First of all, the counselors of each grade led the student cadres to conduct a comprehensive self-inspection of the dormitory area of the grade, focusing on the health status, electricity safety, etc., and recorded and rectified the problems found in a timely manner. Subsequently, the counselors of each grade carried out mutual inspections, went deep into the responsibility areas of other grades, conducted detailed inspections, exchanged experiences with each other, and found out the existing deficiencies.
Through this health and safety inspection, the health and safety awareness of teachers and students was further enhanced, potential potential safety hazards were eliminated in a timely manner, and a solid foundation was laid for the stability of student dormitories during the May Day holiday.
