On the afternoon of May 17, 2025, the 10th Inspirational Academy of Shanghai Maritime University In the Name of Youth, Bear the Responsibility of the Times Keynote Speech Contest was successfully held in the lecture hall of the Scientific Research Building, and the tutors of each class served as the judges of this speech competition.
With the theme of In the Name of Youth, Bear the Responsibility of the Times, the 11 participating students started from different perspectives such as youth, struggle, and funding, quoted scriptures, and expressed their understanding and thinking about the theme of the speech. Some of them are full of emotion, some are passionate, and some are eloquent, all of them express their understanding and prospects for future development as young people, and their deep understanding of taking the responsibility of the times in the name of youth.
The tutors and teachers of each class summarized and commented on the speech competition, praised the efforts made by the contestants for this competition, and encouraged everyone to dare to show themselves, show their youthful demeanor, cherish their youth, and live up to their youth.
Finally, the judges and the award-winning students took a group photo, and the keynote speech contest ended successfully in the warm applause of the students.
