In order to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, deepen the practice of labor education. In the first Spring Festival after the successful application, the College of Marine Science and Engineering organized the online labor education activity of Capturing the labor moment in the New Year flavor to inherit and cultivate the students' labor consciousness and cultural consciousness in carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
The activity is divided into two major themes: Traditional cultural experience and traditional food production. By writing spring couplets, cutting window flowers, making lanterns and other handicrafts, the students explored folk memories between turning red paper and walking with scissors. Personally make dumplings, make glutinous rice balls, steam rice cakes, do spring rolls, and experience the craftsmanship of food culture in the fireworks. The dedicated scene photos and creative close-ups of exquisite works not only freeze the New Year flavor on the fingertips, but also show the vivid practice of labor to create beauty.
This activity takes the Spring Festival as an opportunity, through the culture + labor immersive experience, not only let Hike students enhance their cultural self-confidence in traditional customs, but also cultivate the practical and diligent labor character in the way of learning by doing.
