In order to effectively improve the safety management level of the student community, timely understand the living conditions and ideological dynamics of students, and create a safe, clean and civilized community environment, the College of Marine Science and Engineering carries out community safety inspection work. All of Heco's professional counselors are involved.

The safety inspection operation focused on the dormitory balcony pile, dormitory open fire hidden dangers and high-power electrical appliances, smoking personnel safety education reminders, electric bicycles and other types of safety hidden dangers for a comprehensive and in-depth inspection. In the process of inspection, the counselors checked the charging specifications and functional status of various electric vehicles in the inner garage of the community one by one, at the same time, they also strictly checked the illegal use of high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory, private wiring and other major safety hazards that may cause fire, and told students not to use open flames and smoke in the dormitory building; Do not use and store illegal electrical appliances, do not pull wires in dormitories and garages, do not use electrical appliances in bed, and do not place flammable materials near power sockets; When people leave, cut off all power. Try to minimize risk.

This security inspection is not only a comprehensive inspection of the safety of the student community, but also an important measure for the college to strengthen student management and care for students. In the future, the College will continue to strengthen dormitory management, establish and improve long-term mechanisms, carry out inspection activities from time to time, and strive to create a safe, warm and orderly dormitory environment for students to help students grow and become talents.
