In order to enrich students' extracurricular activities and improve their practical ability, on the afternoon of November 20, the Youth Dream Workshop of the College of Marine Science and Engineering organized the backbone of the group to enter the West point room of the school to carry out coffee latte learning experience activities, which were strongly supported by the logistics catering department.
The professional barista of the West dessert room of the school led the students to learn the basic process and skills of coffee making, and experienced the basic skills of coffee latte art. From the whipping of milk foam to the making of latte art patterns, the baristas patiently explained and demonstrated on the spot, and taught the students how to make coffee and latte art hand by hand.In the interactive practice, students felt the artistic charm of coffee latte art.
When holding the coffee made by your own hands, the taste is particularly rich and strong. Through this activity, the students not only appreciated the coffee culture, deepened the understanding between the backbone of the group, but also stimulated their interest in handicraft and creativity, more realistic understanding of the school's kitchen management and culture, and enhanced the sense of identity and satisfaction of the school's logistics service management.
