On November 3, 2024, the speech activity with the theme of Constitution in My Heart organized by the School of Marine Science and Engineering's Yiban sub-station was successfully held in the Bangjian Lecture Hall.
Participants from the fields of security, environment, shipping, port and materials gave passionate speeches on the importance of the Constitution, its relationship to civic life, and how to practice the spirit of the Constitution in daily life. With vivid cases, profound insights and touching stories, they demonstrate the solemnity and sanctity of the Constitution, as well as the responsibility and responsibility of individuals in safeguarding the dignity of the Constitution and promoting the rule of law. After intense competition, the teachers made comprehensive scores and evaluations according to the speech content, language expression and emotional expression of the contestants.
The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country and the general constitution of governing the country. This speech activity not only improved the students' constitutional awareness and legal literacy, but also further guided the students to have a deeper understanding of the connotation and value of the Constitution, and more consciously respect the law and law-abiding usage.
