In order to comprehensively promote the Four new construction, deepen teaching innovation and excellent talent training, on October 16, the College of Marine Science and Engineering held a teachers' teaching innovation Competition experience sharing exchange meeting, aimed at stimulating teachers' teaching potential, improving the art of teaching and educating people and teaching innovation. Sun Yu and Xu Tao, two teachers who won the 4th Shanghai University Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition, were invited to share their winning experience.
Teacher Sun Yu deeply analyzed his preparation strategy and sentiment from three perspectives. First of all, it is necessary to deeply interpret and accurately grasp the competition rules and scoring standards, advocate combining course characteristics and team advantages, and carefully plan the blueprint for the competition. Secondly, we should focus on the three core links of classroom teaching video, teaching results display and innovative design report to ensure that pain point analysis, innovative measures and practical results complement each other and form a closed loop. Finally, we must face every training challenge with the tenacious spirit of dripping water wears away the stone, and firmly believe that the stone can be worn away.
Teacher Xu Tao, combined with her personal experience in the competition, vividly demonstrated the course innovation design, teaching video recording, application writing and on-site report, providing participants with valuable first-hand information and practical experience.
In the interactive communication session, the teachers actively asked questions and discussed with the guests on topics such as the details of the preparation, the balance between teaching and research. The atmosphere was warm and the collision of ideas inspired infinite teaching innovation.
As an exploration of organized teaching research, this experience exchange meeting not only built a platform for teachers to share and learn, but also injected new vitality into teaching innovation, helping the college to take solid steps on the road of four new construction.
