In order to further study and understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and further promote the high-quality development of the college's student work, on October 12, the College of Marine Science and Engineering organized all full-time and part-time counselors to carry out theoretical study of in-depth study and understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee in the 306 conference room of the College.
This theoretical study focuses on interpreting the Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization, and in-depth learning and understanding the core essentials and practical requirements of the spirit of the plenary session. The counselors at the meeting said that the successful convening of the plenary session pointed out the path and direction for further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization in the new era, and also provided a fundamental guideline for the development of the college's student work. At the same time, the counselors also carried out in-depth discussions on how to integrate the spirit of the plenary session into the work of students in combination with their own practical work. The study also shared the article How to tell the Two big Picture in the Situation and Policy course of colleges and universities in the New Era, pointing out that according to the characteristics of the course, the organic combination of reasoning and storytelling, so that students can deeply understand the two big picture.
Dong Chaoqun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the college, said that counselors should adhere to the moral education as the fundamental task, pay attention to students' ideological and political education, innovation ability training and social practice, and constantly improve students' comprehensive quality and competitiveness. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance and help for students' employment, help students successfully achieve their employment goals, and train more socialist builders and successors for the society with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, the United States and labor.
