On the afternoon of September 25, the special lecture of the Vanguard Party School of the College of Marine Science and Engineering was successfully carried out. This party class invited Professor Liu Zeyu, a member of the school's Working committee, and Professor Wang Dashan, a lecturer from the School of Marxism, to give lectures, and a total of 70 party activists participated.
Mr. Liu Zeyu taught with the title of Assignment Book and Mobilization Order for Promoting Modernization of Chinese Style. Liu sorted out the three important Third plenary sessions since the reform and opening up, and pointed out that it is necessary to fully understand the significance of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization. Afterwards, he led the students to interpret the overall goal, completion time and seven focuses of further deepening the reform, and combined with relevant cases, vividly interpreted the value orientation of the Decision to adhere to the people. Ms. Liu encouraged all students to establish lofty aspirations and determine life goals; Specialized in the combination of new and wide, lay a good professional foundation; Establish problem awareness, forge practical ability, and strive to contribute youth power to Marine power.
Mr. Wang Dashan made an in-depth interpretation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee around the theme of Further Deepening Reform in accordance with the theme of Chinese-style modernization. Teacher Wang said that it is necessary to accurately grasp the historical orientation of this plenary session in the process of China's reform and opening up, and deeply understand the theme of the plenary session; We should have a deep understanding of the guiding ideology, overall goals and major principles for further comprehensively deepening reform. Finally, from the dimensions of the overall framework, primary and core tasks, major areas, domestic and foreign environment and conditions, and important guarantees for further comprehensively deepening reform, Mr. Wang helped everyone understand comprehensively and accurately the major measures for further comprehensively deepening reform proposed in the Decision.
