In order to ensure the safe and orderly operation of all kinds of laboratories at all levels and ensure the safe and smooth development of teaching and research work, combined with the relevant requirements of undergraduate education and teaching evaluation, on September 10 and 13, Feng Daolun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of the college, Liu Jiahao, deputy president and relevant office staff carried out safety checks on the experimental centers of the college.
From the inspection situation, the overall operation of the laboratory is good, especially the renewal and renovation project of chemical laboratory instruments and equipment has been basically completed, and the laboratory instruments and equipment and environmental layout have been significantly optimized. At present, the ventilation system renovation project is progressing smoothly, and the laboratory safety measures and operating procedures are becoming more and more perfect and are strictly implemented. The college will continue to monitor the renovated laboratory environment.
President Feng Daolun stressed that as an important place for teaching and scientific research, the safety management of laboratories is crucial, and each experimental center should do a good job in laboratory safety and strictly implement various laboratory safety systems. In particular, the hygiene and cleanliness management of scientific research laboratories after use should be strengthened. All personnel should strengthen safety awareness and prevention capabilities, and completely eliminate safety hazards to ensure the normal conduct of experimental teaching and scientific research activities.
