Near the end of the semester, in order to help students adjust their mental state and quickly enter the review state, on the evening of May 19, 2024, the class 2022 of the College of Marine Science and Engineering held a late session of the theme of Growing Up with Hope in the Bangjian Lecture Hall, which was delivered by teacher Lei Mengyu and Teacher Zhou Yuepin, a part-time counselor.
At the beginning of the meeting, Teacher Zhou introduced different psychological phenomena with common psychological effects as an example. Then, Teacher Zhou introduced relevant knowledge to the students through mental health evaluation criteria and factors, and the external performance of low mood. Through the combination of common adverse emotional reactions, from different perspectives to provide you with the way to regulate emotions and self-evaluation, and to emphasize to the students no matter when, don't forget to love yourself. As a young person in the new era, when encountering emotional problems, we should understand ourselves, face them positively, and seek appropriate ways to gradually resolve them. Finally, for the study arrangement in the next few weeks, Mr. Lei stressed the importance of good faith study style, seriously standardized the examination style and discipline, and focused on reminding the safety of the dormitory in high temperature weather, hoping that students should standardize electricity consumption and be responsible for their own life safety.
