On the evening of March 24, the 2023 class of the College of Marine Science and Engineering carried out the theme of Refusing to delay, Towards the Road of Mental Health, which was lected by Xu Hongji, a part-time counselor, and chaired by Meng Xuanzhen.
In order to improve students' study and work efficiency and maintain mental health, this late name starts from refusing to procrastinate, and deeply analyzes the nature of procrastination and its potential harm to students' life, study and work. According to Xu, procrastination often results from three main causes: lack of confidence, distraction and lack of motivation. Based on this, a series of strategies to overcome procrastination are put forward, and a variety of concrete and effective anti-procrastination methods are introduced in detail.
