In order to let the students break through the misunderstanding of time management during the final period, master the skills of time management, better self-management, and improve the efficiency of learning and life, on December 26, the 23rd grade of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering actively carried out the psychological class meeting on the theme of "time management" under the organization of the psychological committee of each class.

Through interactive games and group discussions, the classes explored the skills and methods of time management, learned how to plan time reasonably, improve learning efficiency, and deal with practical problems such as procrastination. In the early stage of the activity, the psychological committee member led everyone to have a warm-up game of "human body copy", and passed the digital information to other members by twisting their bodies, narrowing the distance between each other and creating a relaxed and pleasant group atmosphere; In the "Time Planning Bureau" activity, the students saw their own 24-hour time use by tearing paper. On this basis, the psychology committee also introduced practical skills of time management, such as Pomodoro technique, 80/20 rule, etc., the students carefully analyzed and reflected on their own time planning, and enhanced their awareness of time allocation. The group debate of "Position breaking head" brought the activity to a climax. Each student discussed the countermeasures to adapt to their studies from different perspectives on specific problems, supported each other through exchanges and discussions, shared the methods to implement the plan and enhance the execution, and improved the ability of self-management.

In the activity, the students showed a high enthusiasm for participation and positive learning attitude. They all said that this activity made them have a new understanding of time management, and learned a lot of practical methods, to apply these methods and skills to daily life and study, better improve their efficiency, with a fuller state of mind to meet the final exam.

This activity not only improved the students' time management ability, but also enhanced their self-cognition and teamwork ability, laying a solid foundation for students to better cope with challenges in future study and life.
