On December 21, 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering held the "Learning Path Leader, Growth Companion" salon for teachers and students of the 2023 Study Style Construction Month series activities. Chen Lisu, teacher of College of Ocean Science and Engineering, was invited to talk with the students majoring in environmental engineering. The salon was hosted by counselor Xu Ling.
Ms. Chen started with the current situation and development of the environmental major, and shared her cognition and expectations of the environmental major, so that students could realize that the environmental major has a very broad prospect, and everyone should understand and learn more and broaden their thinking, so as to achieve diversified development in the environmental field. Mr. Chen also shared his own learning experience, telling how he went through each learning stage step by step, and how he gradually took root in the environmental major. He encouraged students to pursue their studies steadily and assiduously. On this road, persistent efforts are the most important thing.
At the salon, the students raised many questions about their studies and employment, and Ms. Chen patiently answered them. In the warm exchanges, the senior students also provided sincere suggestions for the junior students from their own experience.
