In order to strengthen students' sense of identity of excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich students' campus life, effectively cultivate students' labor consciousness, and improve students' labor level, on December 21, 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering organized a labor education practice activity of making dumplings.
At the beginning of the activity, everyone was at a loss, and the canteen lady patiently explained how to make a complete dumpling and demonstrated it for everyone. The students who will pack did it in a good way, and the students who will not pack listened to their teach tips, and also couldn't wait to pick up dumpling skins to try. After constantly familiar with the process, the speed of making dumplings is getting faster and faster, and the more dumplings are piled up. Although the shape of the dumpling has its own characteristics, it can be seen that everyone is full of heart and happiness in the process of making dumplings. Labor education is a compulsory course of life, which is not only a way to cultivate students' life skills, but also a way to lead students to experience a happy life. Package is dumplings, learning is skill, eating is dumplings, harvest is growth.
This theme labor education activity not only deepens the students' understanding of traditional Chinese culture, but also sows the seeds of traditional feelings into their hearts, inspiring them to love life and inherit the beautiful feelings of traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, give full play to the function of labor education, guide students to firmly establish correct labor values, and comprehensively improve students' labor literacy.
