In order to better implement the safety and health of the dormitory, let the students develop good habits of study and life, and improve their personal quality. On December 3, 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering Class 2022 conducted the community safety and integrity examination education, which was lected by teacher Lei Mengyu and attended by all the students of Class 2022.
At the beginning of the meeting, Teacher Lei combined with real cases to the students elaborated the basic knowledge of dormitory electricity safety, the serious consequences of illegal use of high-power electrical appliances caused by fire and the prevention countermeasures of safe electricity consumption in the dormitory, requiring everyone to attach great importance to dormitory electricity safety, to resist illegal electrical appliances, people run out of power, and so on. Do not heat hot water, cook, smoke, etc., in the dormitory. Subsequently, Mr. Lei stressed to the students the integrity of the examination of "serious discipline, rectification of the examination style", and warned the students to work hard, do not speculate and cheat, the students have said that they will be able to strictly demand themselves in the exam and get good results. Finally, Mr. Lei carried out psychological education with the theme of "Starting from the heart, refusing to PUA", which relieved the academic pressure for the students who were nervous about the exam week.
By delaying the name of the theme, students not only pay more attention to preventing fire hazards, but also adjust for the pressure students may face in the coming of exam week. It is hoped that the students will abide by the examination rules and regulations, consciously resist cheating, show good learning style in various examinations, play an excellent level, and achieve good results with strength.
