After the warm-up experience was completed, Ms. Ma Hui asked the students to form two or two teams, initially let everyone introduce each other in small groups, and then carry out sharing and communication between small groups, step by step, so that members of the large group can understand each other and master the method of interpersonal communication; Through the Captain Hook, Mona Lisa, the Founding Ceremony and other small games to let the group members quickly integrate, close the relationship; Then, let the two groups form two circles inside and outside, through the form of circular communication, constantly change the communication topic, open the conversation box, and let the group members know each other better in the process of circular movement;

Finally, in the form of combination of two people, they drew face to face through the picture described by the other person, and then the two people exchanged roles, and the painter A described the other painting. After the painting was finished, the difficulties and feelings experienced by the two members in the communication process were made, so that the students realized that interpersonal communication is a two-way process, and one-way communication will bring troubles.
