In order to further implement the strategy of Marine power, vigorously expand the vision of Marine scientific research of graduate students, make them further understand the ocean, go deep into the ocean, promote interdisciplinary exchanges, explore interdisciplinary intersections, and share the spirit of scientists in interdisciplinary fields, 2023 Shanghai University Harbor Ocean Alliance Bosi Forum was held in the Sea Cube smart Party building Service Center in the new area on October 22.
This forum specially invited outstanding doctoral students of high-level universities to participate in the form of inter-university exchanges to promote academic exchanges of similar disciplines in brother universities, and deepen the understanding of the majority of graduate students in the universities of the alliance to deepen the understanding of Marine research. Dr. Chen Lei from Fudan University, Dr. Jiang Xuejiao from Nanjing University, Dr. Li Jiayin from Tongji University, Dr. Niu Shicong from Shanghai Maritime University, Dr. Gao Xiu from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Dr. Fu Jianrong from Shanghai Ocean University respectively conducted in-depth exchanges on space geophysics, research on wearable flexible sensors for Marine transport vehicles, research on Marine geological hazards, and physical oceanographic characteristics.
With the College of Ocean and Earth Science of Tongji University, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering of Shanghai Maritime University, and the College of Marine Science of Shanghai Ocean University as the core, the Shanghai Lingang University Marine Science Student Alliance is committed to guiding the majority of graduate students to participate in the national Marine development strategy, integrate into the Marine development trend, and pay attention to the cross-disciplinary diversity. Through this annual forum, the exchange and cooperation between graduate students of Marine science related disciplines has been enhanced, which jointly promotes the development of Marine science, helps graduate students of the three universities and three schools to keep up with the latest trend of Marine research, and expands the scientific research vision of the majority of graduate students.
