In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, create a safe and orderly campus environment, and ensure the normal study and life safety of students, recently, the counselors of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering used the late name, adopted a combination of online and offline safety education, and went into the dormitory to carry out a safety and health inspection.
The safety education centered on fire safety education, property safety education, personal safety education, etc., through explaining examples in the surrounding life to students, informing students that the alarm bell must be ringing and strengthening safety awareness. In addition, the college also strengthened the inspection, the major inspection focused on checking whether the student dormitory has illegal use of electrical appliances, overloading electricity, private wiring, checking the dormitory public health, whether there is a pile of debris and other problems, the hidden dangers of the dormitory education, supervision and rectification. Remind the students to pay attention to the awareness of safe electricity in daily life, develop the habit of safe electricity, but also to improve the awareness of anti-theft, go out to remember to power off in time, lock the door.
In the future, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering will continue to strengthen student safety education management, eliminate safety hazards from the aspects of thought, behavior, space, etc., take student safety as the starting point of all work, always tighten the safety string, effectively implement various safety measures, and create a safe, orderly and harmonious campus environment.
