In order to further improve students' comprehensive quality, cultivate students' good self-management habits and promote students' all-round development, on May 30, 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering invited Mr. Liu Guangzhong, General Secretary of the Graduate League of the College, to give a lecture on the theme of Graduate Management by Objectives for graduate students.
Mr. Liu asked the students to write down their goals, and then explained the principles of SMART and PE to further refine the goals, helping the students to further develop reasonable goals and clarify the realizability of the goals. He believes that management by objectives can help students plan and allocate resources, better control and coordinate various activities, and better evaluate and adjust students' plans in life and study.
Through this lecture, we can cultivate students' ability of management by objectives, help students better plan their own goals in study and life, and improve their self-awareness and self-control ability.
