In order to strengthen the integrity education of college students, correct the examination style and serious examination discipline, and create a positive and serious examination atmosphere, from May 22 to May 25, 2023, all classes of Grade 2022 of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering organized a class meeting on integrity education themed Serious examination discipline, rectification examination style. The meeting was presided over by the study committee of each class, and Mr. Lei Mengyu participated in the guidance.
First of all, the study committee member stressed that honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, is an important content of the socialist core values, and is a necessary quality for college students to establish themselves as human beings and grow into talents. Then, the commissarian of studies led the students to analyze the reasons and psychological thoughts behind the violations of discipline in the examination. According to the Student Handbook, the students explained the identification and treatment of the violations of discipline in the examination in detail, and also listed the cases of some candidates who were seriously disciplined for cheating. Finally, we shared our weekly review plan and tips for the final exam.
The integrity theme of the class meeting held, enhanced the students' awareness of integrity, but also inspired the students' enthusiasm for learning, promote the construction of the style of study. Honesty has existed since ancient times, and as students in the new era, honesty is a quality that cannot be discarded. Wish the students of Haike have dreams, live up to their youth, review carefully, and face the opportunities and challenges in the future with real talent and practical learning!
