In order to help juniors further understand the employment status of each major and the relevant situation of postgraduate entrance examination, clarify their own development plan, and achieve breakthroughs in career planning, in May 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering in 2020 successively invited teachers of each major and site to hold a special salon of career planning guidance for juniors of each major.
In each salon, teachers analyzed the selection of employment and postgraduate entrance examination for students in detail based on the characteristics, current situation and future development of each major. All teachers stressed that every student has different strengths and advantages. At the current intersection of life, we should first fully understand and analyze our objective conditions, combine interests and future development intention. Make choices carefully, don't follow group trends and follow the crowd, and be sure to take steps with a highly responsible attitude towards yourself. The 2019 graduates from different graduation destinations also actively participated in the salon, sharing their ups and downs on the way of choosing with sincerity, sincerity and sincerity, and conveying valuable experience to the younger students with their real experiences.
By participating in the special salon of career planning and guidance, the students of Grade 2020 have a deeper reflection on their own development. Some students are more firm in their choice, while others find the direction that is more suitable for them. No matter which road we take, we believe that every student will be able to see the beautiful scenery of flowers and harvest a colorful life.
