On the morning of May 16, 2023, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering successfully held the 2023 Teaching Competition for Young teachers in Room 114 of the Logistics Building. The competition invited six experts to act as judges, and some young teachers watched the competition.
Each department attached great importance to it and selected 8 teachers to participate in the competition. Teachers will give lectures for 12 minutes according to the order of drawing lots in advance. Judges will comment and score on the spot to determine the competition ranking. After more than two hours of fierce competition, Sun Yu won the first prize and Zhang Wenbing and Gong Jiaye won the second prize.
In recent years, the College has attached great importance to the construction and training of young teachers, actively explored classroom teaching reform, and paid attention to the cultivation of basic teaching skills and scientific research ability of young teachers. Our college will take this competition as an opportunity to further improve the mechanism of bringing the new with the old, continue to inspire young teachers to love teaching, love teaching, study teaching enthusiasm, to build a team of high-quality young teachers with college characteristics, for the connotation of the college to accumulate strength.
