In order to help students overcome procrastination, improve time management ability. On May 3, 2023, College of Ocean Science and Engineering undergraduate Class 2022 conducted the theme education of No Delay, Efficient Use of Time in Bangjian Lecture Hall, lected by instructor Lei Mengyu and attended by all students of Grade 2022.
From four parts: what is procrastination, the harm of procrastination, the causes of procrastination and how to overcome procrastination, Teacher Lei told the students about the harm of procrastination and how to face it. First of all, Teacher Lei explained the definition of procrastination to everyone through witty and interesting language, and corrected everyone's misunderstanding of procrastination. Then, it illustrates some of the manifestations of procrastination, and provides you with ways to manage your time and stop procrastinating. Finally, Mr. Lei recommended books to improve your time management skills and to do something meaningful.
This theme not only resonated with the students, but also made them pay more attention to the harm of procrastination. At the same time, I also hope that students can further improve their study and life mode, using the precious youth of every minute, every second to achieve the meaning of their own life.
