In order to stimulate students' love of traditional culture and art, the School of Ocean Science and Engineering held the Kite painting activity on April 5, 2023. More than 30 Marine science students from all grades participated in the activity.
On the morning of April 5th, the students formed a team by themselves and came to the Ocean Building with full enthusiasm. After receiving kites and painting tools, they began to create their own works. Everyone picked up the paintbrush and gave full play to their creativity on the blank kites. One by one, the colorful and unique kites were full of the wonderful ideas of sea science son. After the completion of the painting, while the warm sun gradually appeared, the students began to assemble the keel, with the breeze flying kite.
Tomb-sweeping Day is not only a time for us to remember our ancestors and give thanks, but also an important moment for us to inherit and carry forward our traditions. Through this activity, students can feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture in the interesting activities, and guide students to be the inheritors of excellent traditional Chinese culture with practical actions.
