On the afternoon of March 17th, Shi Zhangdong, Deputy Secretary of the College of Marine Sciences, and Hu Song, Deputy Dean of the College of Ocean Sciences and Engineering visited the College for exchange work. Wang Weiyi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Liu Jiahao, deputy dean of the college, and all counselors attended the exchange. The meeting was chaired by Dong Chaoqun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.
Secretary Wang Weiyi warmly welcomed the visit of Shi Zhangdong and his delegation, briefly introduced the development history and running of the college, and said that both sides belong to the Marine industry and have a lot in common, which is worth learning from each other in work. Deputy Secretary Dong Chaoqun introduced the students' work in the college in recent years, focusing on the exchange of difficulties and pain points encountered in the college's employment work. Vice President Liu Jiahao introduced the specialty setting and subject characteristics of the college, and exchanged experience on undergraduate teaching and laboratory management.
Vice Secretary Shi Zhangdong and Vice President Hu Song introduced students' work and teaching work respectively and shared some good experiences and practices.

The two sides exchanged views on the thornier issues in their respective work, had in-depth discussions and exchanged experience on professional identity, employment promotion, study style construction, discipline construction, Internet ideological and political thinking, etc., and produced a lot of new harvest worth learning from each other.
