School-enterprise cooperation for development, collaborative education spectrum new chapter. On the afternoon of March 16, Shao Wei, director of the Department of Port Channel and Coastal Engineering, College of Ocean Science and Engineering, Wang Hao, full-time teacher of safety Science and Engineering, Wang Qianyun, person in charge of employment, and Zheng Ruihuan, person in charge of employment, College of Logistics Engineering, went to China Construction Eighth Bureau Development and Construction Company for a visit. Wang Xuan, director of General Office of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau, Chang Lei, manager of Human Resources Department, Chang Candid, secretary of Youth League Branch of Shanghai Branch and others warmly received.
Director Wang Xuan extended a warm welcome to the school delegation. Secretary Chang Tancheng made a systematic introduction to the project of China Construction Eighth Bureau Development and Construction Co., LTD., and led all participants to visit the project of Lingang Science and Technology City E03-01 block.
Manager Chang Lei introduced the overall situation of the company in detail from the company's development history, quality engineering, staff development and team atmosphere. He said that Shanghai Maritime University is a multi-disciplinary applied research university with characteristics of shipping, logistics and ocean, which provides a large number of high-quality talents for the development of the company. The company hopes to reach long-term and effective cooperation with the university. In addition, Zhu Jinlong, an excellent alumnus of Hai University who will be working in the company in 2022, was also invited to share his experience.
The teachers and students at the meeting put forward many employment-related questions to the principals of the eight Bureau development and construction company of China Construction. Director Wang Xuan, Secretary Chang Tancheng and Manager Chang Lei gave detailed answers to questions one by one.
