At 7:30 PM on November 27, 2022, in order to standardize the management of the society, the Xinhai Yangfan Society of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering conducted online training for the psychological micro-video competition of this semester to the freshmen psychology committee members after completing the activity of recruiting new students for this semester.
The training meeting first introduced the nature and work content of the association. Xinhai Yangfan association is a special student organization of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering. It carries out psychological activities irregularly according to the requirements of the school and the characteristics of the college. The head of the association introduced the work of the association in the last semester and the work plan of the new semester, so that the new members could have more understanding of the association work. Meanwhile, facing the upcoming Psychological micro-video Competition, the president emphasized the process, time arrangement and work submission requirements of the activity in order to ensure the quality and smooth development of the activity. Remind each class to submit relevant materials in time at each time stage.
This meeting has laid the foundation for the smooth development of the club work in the future, and also accumulated experience for the club members in the follow-up work. I believe that the club work will make new progress in the new semester, make new achievements and show new style.
