In order to shape a refined student cadre team, improve the efficiency of class management. At 16:00 PM on November 23, 2022, College of Ocean Science and Engineering held offline training meeting for student cadres. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Lei Mengyu, the counselor, and attended by all student cadres of Grade 2022.




First of all, Mr. Lei introduced the requirements for the class committee from the aspects of responsibility consciousness and communication skills, emphasizing that as a class committee should have a strong sense of responsibility, insist on doing practical things for the students, do service to the students internalized in the heart, externalized in the practice, cherish the opportunity to serve the students, and grow up in the service. Encourage student cadres to play a leading role, strengthen communication with students and teachers, and actively promote the establishment of a good class style of study, lead the class to achieve better results. Then, Mr. Lei analyzed the current situation of COVID-19 prevention and control, and made the students more deeply realize that everyone is responsible for epidemic prevention and control. As student leaders, they should consciously abide by relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control.




Finally, each class committee exchanged their own class responsibilities and class construction and shared experience. This meeting effectively encouraged all class committees to work hard and contribute their share to the construction of an excellent class, and laid a solid foundation for the formation of a good class atmosphere and the construction of a civilized and harmonious campus.
