A series of career education activities launched by the College of Ocean Science and Engineering aims to help junior students understand the situation and the direction of graduation and employment. At 17:00 on November 20th, Niu Lei, the college instructor of Grade 2020, delivered the second lecture Interpretation of Graduation Time Curve to the undergraduate students of Grade 2020 through the online conference.
The counselor pointed out that if graduation is compared to the product of the production and processing organization of the university, it has a gestation period, a preparation period, a strengthening period and a sprint period. To this end, the counselor used the time node as a medium to draw a time curve for the students to graduate in July 2024. In particular, it makes an interpretation of the current node, reminding students to adjust their status in the third year, complete the relevant basic conditions for graduation, think about the way out of graduation, and focus more on the future. The counselor pointed out a series of matters such as when to arrange the review plan for postgraduate entrance examination, participate in the internship, and understand the requirements of the employers. The drawing of the time curve is not only a clear explanation of the graduation plan, but also a reminder and guidance for the students when to do what.
Through this theme education, graduation in the hearts of the students have a greater weight, but also have a clearer cognition.
