Abstract: based on machine learning technology in this paper, a horizontal plate breakwaters can actively control the ups and downs of type, the breakwater can respond to the wave and the strategies of updating the wave, the numerical flume model embedded depth of reinforcement learning framework, set up horizontal plate agent platform of interactive session with computational fluid dynamics, seeking suitable wave control strategy.
Expert Profile: Xizeng Zhao, male, PhD from Dalian University of Technology, postdoctoral researcher from Kyushu University, Japan. Currently, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University, deputy director of the Institute of Port Coastal and Offshore Engineering, principal of port and navigation Engineering, and dean of the School of Ocean Engineering and Equipment, Zhejiang Ocean University.
He has presided over 8 national and provincial level projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Outstanding Youth Fund of Zhejiang Province, and more than 10 authorized invention patents. He has published 170 academic papers, more than 60 of which are included in SCI/EI, published 1 academic book, and won the second prize of ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award.
He serves on the editorial board of Ocean Engineering, Research and Progress in Hydrodynamics, and Journal of Hydrodynamics.

At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of wave-building interaction, new breakwaters, floating photovoltaic at sea, the combination of machine learning and CFD, and the independent research and development of high-precision mathematical models.
