On the morning of June 10, the appointment ceremony of the alumni working year director of the Class of 2022 was held in 408 College Building. Wang Weiyi, secretary of the College Party Committee, Dong Chaoqun, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee, Pan Yi, Director of the Office and secretary general of the Alumni Association, Lei Mengyu, counselor of the graduating class and all members of the 2022 alumni working grade attended the ceremony. The meeting was hosted by Lei Mengyu and was carried out in an online and offline manner.
At the meeting, Secretary Wang Weiyi expressed her sincere wishes to the students, hoping that they could strengthen the contact with the alumni, timely feedback their suggestions and opinions, further promote the communication and cooperation between the college and the alumni, do the alumni work well with their heart, and give full play to the role of the alumni in the development of the college. He said that in the future, students are welcome to contact the college if they have any problems in work or life, and the college will actively strive to serve the majority of alumni.
Mr. Dong chaoqun read out the name list of the working grade directors of the class of 2022, and encouraged the new directors to play an active role in liaison, communication, organization and coordination in their spare time. Fully cooperate with the school to carry out the work of the class of 2022 alumni and make positive contributions to the development of the work of the class of 2022 alumni.
Ms. Pan Yi read out the Work Duties of the Alumni Of Shanghai Maritime University in 2022. She pointed out that alumni working grade directors should perform their duties, unite the strength of alumni, serve the majority of alumni, and play a good role as a link between alumni and the university.
School alumni working year director Li Yiqiu spoke on behalf of the new directors. First of all, she thanked the teachers and students for their trust and support. She said that she would conscientiously perform her duties, do a good job in the information exchange and communication of alumni, actively organize and participate in alumni activities, and give back to the Alma mater with hard work and efforts.
