In order to effectively provide employment services for graduates under the situation of epidemic prevention and control, the Party Committee of the College of Marine Science and Engineering directly faced the needs of graduates and did practical work benefiting the people based on the improvement of employment ability. On the afternoon of April 26, Zhang Zi, senior personnel director of Shanghai Sanhang Pentium Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. was invited to share employment experience for graduates. Lou Lichao, assistant president and Deputy General Manager of HR administration of HUtz International Ocean and Dong Chaoqun, Deputy Secretary of party Committee of college attended the meeting. The exchange and sharing meeting will be hosted by Mr. He Haibo, a full-time organizer.
Based on her years of experience in human resource management, Zhang zi shared the information from two aspects: self-cognition and information integration, helping prospective graduates to transform their identities from college students to social people, so as to adapt their attitude to the future career. Director Zhang pointed out that students should be more positive to meet the employment, combined with their own ability and expertise to choose employment goals, to fully understand the enterprise's employment needs and growth space, fully prepared for thought and action, and the early collection of graduates to make a detailed response one by one. In the exchange session, Manager Lou Lichao and director Zhang Zi communicated on the concept of management trainee proposed by graduates, the difference between campus recruitment and social recruitment, the advantages of fresh graduates and other issues.
Through this sharing meeting, to a certain extent, it helps students to set up correct employment values, improve their understanding of employment, and prepare for employment to enter the society in thought and action.
