The epidemic situation has intensified the difficulties for graduates to find jobs. The Party Committee of the College of Marine Science and Engineering has faced up to the needs of graduates, done a good job for the people, and invited enterprise personnel to solve the difficulties for graduates to find jobs. On the afternoon of April 15, 2022, Zhang Ting, head of Recruitment of Nanjing Minting Co., Ltd. was successfully invited to share with graduates the campus recruitment strategies of state-owned enterprises.
Teacher zhang is engaged in the campus recruiting more than 10 years, has a wealth of campus recruitment process experience, mainly around the state enterprise recruitment attributes and characteristics, the state needed talents characteristics, resume and related materials preparation and the written interview to share related to four aspects, provides graduates with a lot of relevance and ground advice and guidance. Mr. Zhang stressed that politics, dedication, responsibility and harmony are the cultural values of most state central enterprises. If young people want to enter state central enterprises, they should make mental preparations in advance, identify with the corporate cultural values, and more importantly, they should be responsible in their work, love their jobs, pursue excellence and constantly improve themselves.
Through this sharing meeting, students to a certain extent to help set up the correct employment values, enhance the students resume making, interview response, workplace etiquette and other job hunting skills. During the closed management period of the campus, we helped students stay at home to achieve great improvement in job-hunting skills.
