On the afternoon of April 15th, counselors of College of Marine Science and Engineering held a study and discussion on the Professional Competence Standard of College Counselors (Interim) in conference room 306 of college.
The political theory study was led by the counselor Sun Hanfen. The Professional Ability Standard for College Counselors (Interim) constructed the ability standard system for college counselors, which is an important measure to promote the professional construction of college counselors. Starting from the basic framework of three different levels of primary, intermediate and advanced as well as nine vertical dimensions of occupational function, Will and the class of the ideological and political education, group construction, academic guidance, daily affairs management, mental health education, network and other aspects of ideological and political education work of instructors, capacity requirements and relevant theories and knowledge requirements has carried on the contrast analysis, and the ability of instructors should have requirements and special requirements for the relevant theoretical knowledge.

The counselor has carried on the extensive discussion for file content, actively share their views and opinions, and problems encountered at present of counselors work has carried on the analysis discussion, coaches have said, as to improve their professional development level of the code of conduct, in combination with the practical situation of student work, not sum up experience, would be sublimated, constantly improve themselves.
