Recently, the 2nd Party member group of ship Student Party Branch held an online meeting, aiming to share how to balance study and life during the epidemic and ease the pressure brought by the epidemic to students in all aspects.
Under the leadership of Luo Wenjie, the group members shared their study and life during the epidemic period and made a summary. In volunteer activities, they should play a role as party members and activists, do more exercise and pay attention to emotional regulation; And pay attention to information screening, in the epidemic to maintain a positive attitude and so on.
This activity not only enables students to know how to make full use of their time to enrich themselves at the moment of the epidemic, but also strengthens their understanding of the correct way to deal with negative emotions.
